Lively Stones For Jesus Ministries, Inc., was conceived in the spiritual womb of Apostle Dr. Thelma B. Knowles in the summer of 1982. God spoke to her in a vision to open her home to the neighborhood’s children on Thursday nights, and teach them His word. She immediately obeyed the voice of God and shortly thereafter, the parents of the children began to attend the house services. In 1984, the ministry was incorporated and moved into its first building. Many souls are still saved, delivered, and serving in numerous areas of ministry. Apostle Knowles is presently a covering for well-established ministries in Miami, Orlando and Foreign Mission in Haiti. Dr. Knowles is a facilitator for Jacksonville Theological Seminary. This year, God saw fit to expand her territory to the continent of Africa.God has proven that where He guides, He always provide. He has sustained and blessed us these twenty-five years. We count it an honor to be in the service of our King. We are waiting for the manifestation of the wonderful things He has in store for us.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
We believe in one God, the Father, the almighty, maker of heaven and earth, and of all that is, seen and unseen. We believe in one Lord, Jesus Christ, the only Son of God, eternally begotten of the Father. Through him all things were made. For us and for our salvation he came down from heaven: by the power of the Holy Spirit, He was made man. For our sake he was crucified under Pontius Pilate; he suffered death and was buried. On the third day he rose again in accordance with the scriptures; he ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of the Father. He will come again in glory to judge the living and the dead, and his kindgom will have no end. We believe in the Holy Spirit, the Lord, the giver of life, who proceeds from the Father and the Son. With the Father and the Son he is worshiped and glorified. He has spoken through the prophets. We believe in one universal and apostolic Church. We acknowledge repentance for forgiveness of sins. We look for resurrection of the dead, and the light of the world to come.

Lively Stones For Jesus Ministries, Inc. seeks to bring structure and stability to the bod of Christ. We also aim to evangelize, exalt, edify and equip individuals locally and internationally for life. Further more, we will also train leaders for the work of ministry.

Our vision is to be a ministry founded on biblical principles. We are the voice and hands that encourage and comfort people while creating a radically, inclusive, just, and loving community. To reach the lost, see people saved, healed, empowered, set free, and serving God is our main goals. Encouraging everyone to continue growing impacting lives, and giving glad tiding to those less fortunate. We will strive to be global, multi-cultural and highly trusted models of Christ, as well as, train leadership through the School of Ministry.
